Aldourie Castle Estate’s gardens and grounds are run by Head Gardener, Duncan Hall. Duncan and his team work hard daily to ensure all the grounds are kept in working order. Particular attention is paid to the functioning of the walled kitchen garden which supplies seasonal produce to the Castle.
